Demo template

Demo draft · last updated 2026-08-11 (demo draft) · not a legally reviewed document

Demo preview — Queen City Cell is a mobile repair service (no storefront); this site is not yet live.

This is a placeholder policy about what happens to devices that are never returned to the customer. The owner must review and replace this text before launch — and confirm it complies with applicable North Carolina law.

What counts as abandoned

[Edit me: e.g. a device whose repair is complete but cannot be returned to the customer within N days, or a device whose repair was declined and which the customer doesn't arrange to have returned within N days.]

What we'll do before disposal

[Edit me: e.g. we'll attempt to contact the customer by phone and email at least N times over N days, and store the device securely in the meantime.]

What happens to abandoned devices

[Edit me: e.g. after the notice period, the device may be disposed of, recycled, or its parts reused, and the customer's data will be securely erased first.]

Storage fees

[Edit me: whether a daily storage fee accrues after the notice period — this varies by state law, so confirm with an attorney.]
