Queen City Cell was founded in 2022 in Charlotte, NC. After years of hands-on technical work with companies like Honeywell, Piedmont Airlines, Boeing and uBreakiFix, Sahid started Queen City Cell to bring the same standard of diagnostics and precision workmanship to phone and electronics repair — with pickup and return from your door. What began as a side business is built on one simple goal: honest service and quality repairs you can trust.

Sahid is the founder and lead technician. His background in diagnostics and precision repair shows up in the work: he specializes in board-level electronics repair, microsoldering and troubleshooting for phones, tablets and laptops — the repairs most shops send out or don't offer.

• Board-level repair

  Faults live on the logic board more often than people think. We trace power, signal and data lines at the component level instead of stopping at part swaps.

• Microsoldering

  Under a stereo microscope we replace connectors, charge ICs, audio ICs and other tiny surface-mount components — work most shops send out (or don't offer).

• Data safety first

  Your data is yours. We never wipe, copy or inspect personal content beyond what's needed to diagnose, and Sahid follows a strict privacy checklist. (Demo policy — final wording TBD.)
