30-Day Repair Warranty

Queen City Cell provides a 30-day same-issue repair warranty. If the same hardware problem that Queen City Cell repaired happens again within 30 calendar days of the completed repair, Queen City Cell will inspect the device and fix that same covered issue again at no charge.

What's covered

The warranty applies to the same hardware issue and repair performed by Queen City Cell. Coverage begins on the date the original repair is completed. A re-repair under this warranty is subject to inspection to confirm that the returning problem is the same repaired issue.

What's not the same issue

A new or unrelated failure, new impact or physical damage, new liquid exposure, or work performed on the affected repair by another party is not treated as the same repaired issue. If inspection shows a different problem, Queen City Cell will provide a new quote before doing additional work.

How to make a claim

Contact Queen City Cell within 30 days of the original completed repair and provide the customer or job information so the repair can be identified. Queen City Cell will arrange an inspection and, if the same repaired issue is confirmed, perform the covered re-repair free of charge.

Water-damaged devices

Water and liquid damage can cause multiple failures over time. Only the specific hardware issue previously repaired is eligible for same-issue coverage; later or unrelated liquid-damage failures are not automatically covered.
